COACHE Survey Set to Launch Week of February 5, 2024

Baylor University will participate in Harvard’s Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Faculty Satisfaction Survey beginning the week of February 5, 2024. During the launch week, Baylor faculty will receive an email from COACHE (coachefaculty@abtsurvey.com) directing them to their unique survey link. Completion of the web-based survey is expected to take approximately 25 minutes. Survey participation and responses are confidential and managed by Harvard’s COACHE team.

The February survey marks Baylor’s second administration of the COACHE Faculty Satisfaction Survey, which was first launched in spring 2020. The results will help Baylor University further understand faculty job satisfaction and work collaboratively with faculty on improvements to specific areas of concern identified by this year’s survey.
